Thanks for sharing cryo!
The other tools look interesting too.

Have you used this in any production yourself already?

Posted by cryophonik on Dec-16-2014 00:36:

I haven't even downloaded it yet. I just saw it in my FB feed when I got into work this morning and thought I'd share. I'll d/l it this evening and check it out.

Recieved an email about this, will download it when I get home.

Cheers

Edit: I have an e-voucher in my email, basically if I use it I can get NI driver for half price.
Has anyone used it, is it any good??

I'm dying to get home from work so I can check it out. People are raving about it over on KVR.

It's nicely done. The sound is clear as a bell, the modulation options for the delay tail are less opaque than in other plugins, response is very smooth, seems to have a low CPU footprint. The presets are nice jumping-off points, too. The diffusion mode is very pretty--I'd like to fiddle with using that as a send and then reverbing the hell out of only the diffused signal; I think it would produce some very lush results.

One word of warning so far though: fiddling with modulation (esp cutoff) while the sound is playing can lead to some terrible and sudden sonic fartbarf if you venture too far into extremes.

can someone test quick if the NI delay produces artifacts with tempo changes, before i download it

Posted by deegee on Dec-19-2014 05:08:

I just did a little fiddling... the answer seems to be 'it depends.' With close tempo changes some of the delay tail carries on but sort of gets absorbed. With sudden large (>20bpm) changes there seems to be kind of a stutter effect with the previous tempo audible underneath the new one. But with on-the-fly changes it seems to react very rapidly. Not sure if that helps.

alright thanks I appreciate it

If you own any Vengeance products, they are giving you a very cool new analyzer plugin called Scope for Christmas.

i grabbed this, it's pretty neat.

wonder how much they will sell it for when it's not free.

manipulating it from within maschine is good fun too.

debating whether to get the expansion pack transistor punch, mainly for the multi FX... martin buttrich had a hand in making it. can get it half price (22) with the e-voucher.
