Question

Im always listening to digitallyimported.com but i know theres gotta be better ones out there. Unfortunately most of them are crappy quality, DI radio is 128kbps and great to record. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try www.grooveradio.com , not CD quality but they just had Tiesto on a few days ago. And they also broadcast Ministry of Sound sessions every Friday (8-10 Pacific Time).

Posted by Linx_da_cat on Apr-23-2001 05:46:

go into your winamp menu > play > location

Well the best radio station will be tranceaddict's when it is up and running *gives Swamper a evil stare* I'll be hosting the shows playing new mp3s,vinyls and so on - hopefully by the time we start the radio station I'll have a fast connection ,hopefully before I'm 85 and wanting to bonk Thora Hird LOL what a sickening thought.

Decent, I've been waiting for a radio station on trancEaddict.

oh it so isnt. I would much rather listen dave pearce - at least he doesnt have those annoying catchphrases.

http://www.tranceairwaves.com

24/7 Trance (decent stuff not that shite they play on DI) - at 128kbps - plus loads of dj sets from top djs/producers and TA's even - easily the best trance radio station on the internet.

I hope this was sarcasm!

Posted by djmorph on Mar-31-2003 04:01:

No, it wasn't sarcasim.

Judge Jules plays some good shit- new n white label shit that doesn't get attention elsewhere. He also plays some "cheese" as you call it, but the "cheese" is recommended by the people in England, so obviously someone likes it. It also changes every week so it never gets old. Dave Pearce copies n paste Judge Jules' playlist n then adds in some other crap.

Absolutely! I love tranceairwaves.
Jon O'Bir spins on there, GTR, DJ Irish among others...constant singles and all the best sets 24/7.

Thanks to whoever is behind that site. Also 128kbs is great.

Etranceselections new name/site

hey T_2199! thanks for the plug someone pointed me to this thread and I just wanted to give you guys an update since the old etranceselections.org site got posted here... my new address/name is ETS Global
http://www.ets-global.org

ETS Global radio plays only the best full Trance & Dance livesets at 160 & 128kbps. My playlist is 7 weeks long before repeats, and of course I add new music all the time, usually in weekend long chunks I call "New Music Block weekends". Also I have a connection in the Netherlands that allows me to simulcast ID&T radio at full quality, mainly for Armin Van Buuren's weekly "A State of Trance" show, but I also simulcast Astrid's monthly show (FIRST WEDNESDAY of every month.. that's today!), and I'll be doing Johan Gielen's new show as well as any other ID&T special events (Trance Energy, Sensation, Qontact). I also have live DJs from time to time.
My favorite DJ's are Armin Van Buuren, Blank & Jones, Ferry Corsten, Astrid, Misja Helsloot, Talla, Cor Fijneman (can you tell I like the dutch? , Marco V, Robert Smit, Klubbingman, Warmduscher, John 00 Fleming, (old) Oakenfold, PVD.. I think you get the idea. stop on by I'd love to hear from you!

Indeed, basicbeats.net is the best. They are streaming the Armin show live every thursday.

And another good one if you like progressive:
