DJ quicksilver's music video

I remember seeing a music video,it was eithet under the name quicksilver or his projet watergate.
In the video his put his fingers in some kind of square, and looked throught it. There also was a girl who walked. When he looked at that girl through his fingers, the envirement around the girl changes.

Anyone has ideas what is that?
Could it be adagio?
Is there music video adagio by quicksilver?
