Outdoor Speakers

Hey guys,

I'm moving into a decent-sized house that has a fully screened in patio with pool and I'm looking forward to doing some pool parties and such. Anyone have any recommendations for outdoor grade speakers for like a home theater zone 2 sorta install? I have a pair of Yamaha powered PA's as well, but I'll be using those inside the house since they go loud as hell which would piss off the neighbors for sure. I was looking at these:

Thoughts?

I would buy exactly those same speakers for a patio/pool setup. They are horn loaded speakers so the dynamics are phenomenal. But some ears do not like the supposed brightness. Such people really dont like hifi. But yes Klipsch is the shit. You could also buy powered Electrovoice DJ speakers but i wouldnt leave them always outside.

Klipsch also makes outdoor speakers that look like natural rocks to fit in with a pool decor btw

Yea I like the design as well. I've seen the rocks, but I think the placement will be best with a speaker like this, mounted up high firing down over the pool area.

I just ordered me a klipsh home theater system with acoustech 12" inch sub.

I picked up the Klipsch speakers...pretty impressed. Should fit the bill pretty well

So when's the party to break 'em in?

Good to know, though. I like the outdoor options Klipsch has.
