Its Friday Part 2.

Yeah where is everyone? cmon y'all TA is just getting boring now.

What are you planning on doing tonight?

Edit: I plan on getting me some Pollo Tropical for dinner tonight, yum yum.

My weekend off...I also have Monday off. I should probably do something awesome.

Cool, I still need to get wmc tickets because i'm the biggest procrastinator when it comes to events.

That is actually stupid. Most early birds and first releases are only 20-30 bucks. Imo it's better to buy tix for events you might end up NOT going to than to wait and pay more...because you can always EASILY sell the tix if you change your mind.

Yeah that is true, rightly so. I certainly don't mean no offense but I bought so many tickets before that never ended up going so now its like wait till the last min thing. Yeah I know its my problem but I hope (no sarcasm) in the future i'll be wise as you and do the smart thing.

Honestly, this is the first time I've actually had to pay in advance for so many parties. I've lost touch with a lot of my connections/hook ups because of distancing myself from the scene, but I don't really care. It's never been about getting in for free...but it definitely was awesome having people take care of shit for me, hah.

Oh your the just the lucky one, i never get free entry. I hope in the future things turn out good and I get to make my connections that i use to have and finally land a gig, its been forever lol.

i just slept 13 hours. i will watch basketball today. i will baby sit tomorrow. I've finished house of cards so i do not know how i will cure boredom. maybe throw snowballs at cars

One year my friends were filming a documentary...all of our names were on lists well in advance, arranged through my buddy who owned the magazine we got media access through.

The guy filming the doc had a girl's name (like Leslie, but not Leslie, lol), and on Thursday we all went to Burridge Barrage. I remember the promoter, Betty, personally welcoming all of us and introducing herself, etc. etc. and making sure we got set up with whatever we needed.

Well that weekend was Tenaglia's party at Pawnshop, and I was the only one from my crew with any steam left to head over in the morning. So the guy making the doc said "Oh well just tell them you're me!" because he was the only one who had list for that jam.

So I took a cab by myself downtown and when I showed up it was the same promoter from Burridge Barrage running the lists. I walked right up to the bouncers and told them "Hi I'm looking to speak with Betty, can you please tell her Xxxxxxxx is here", keeping in mind I already met this girl a few nights ago at Bed.

Anyway, she comes out immediately and sees me and says "Xxxxxxxx!! SO great to meet you!! Come on in! You weren't waiting too long I hope!" And I just played along, lol.

And yeah, I got in for free! Hahahaha.

I'm going to the club to drop $400 on drinks in my Valentino suit.

I'm doing the exact same thing I was doing last Friday-- grilling Salmon in the snow fort that I made, that is still in pretty good shape.

And drinking beer and probably smoking a bowl.

Plus, start of spring break tonight!

At home, reading a big of C.G Jung. Both me and the girlfriend have colds, otherwise we spend our Fridays together. Going to go watch "Birdman" and "Black Sail", a new series a friend suggested.

Black Sails is one badass pirate show mate, if your into the real thing.

Headed out tonight with a few friends. Tomorrow not sure.

Watching the raps game with a pint of Guinness.
