Best new artist

Who do you think are the best new artists from this year? This means they cant have any productions or remixes before 2002. New aliases dont count either. All I can think of right now off the top of my head are:

Shmuel Flash
John Askew
Beat Pusher

2) Night Vision

Hmm, how about 29 Palms? He hasn't been around before this year, has he? Also maybe Kansai or Energie Berlin's M&MDC, assuming they haven't put out any non-2002 stuff. There's probably loads more I'm just not aware of.

Yeah he is. Maybe as a DJ he isnt, but he released his first production, Vellum, this year.
