The only one that jumps out at me is track 2 around the 4:37 mark.

It's Viframa - Christalle (Original Version)

The second track sounds a bit like a Cygnus X production. It reminded me of Positron but I'm flying blind here.

Don't know about the first and last tracks

Difficult, but not impossible, very familiar for me voice from the first track (I think you're looking at this one particular mode), I had to listen all my collection Dream Dance Vol. 24 after this song, and I found it in the end
