Inspired so had to share.. All producers beginner to pro

Watched a video with frankie knuckles and he made some vital points. Nowadays producers do everything unless they take in vocalist... By doing this you lose something.. The more people involed the more everyone learns. It's time that we reach out and ask for help... If you know a guy that an amazing engineer but struggles at arranging but you are a good arranger but weak at engineering then team up... If you know someone that is an excellent keyboard player maybe not even into the style you are... Invite for jam... You can alway change sound add fx etc later... But you could record something specail.
In all walks or life it all about the individual... It's very very rare that someone has all skills needed but we all know people that are talented at different things. It time to harness that collective power and stop thinking we have to do it all on our own.

So like a band of people working in unison for a greater purpose ?

The name escapes me. A troop?

No offense to the OP, but this advice isn't really for "all producers beginner to pro". It's for beginners and home studio hobbyists who have convinced themselves that music production is exclusively a solo endeavor. For everybody else, this is like, well no shit, Sherlock - combining your greatest strengths with the strengths of people who can complement your strengths and compensate for your weaknesses will result in a better product.

In theory, perhaps. In reality, it's usually more like a dictatorship.

"Hey, let's collaborate!!! Meh, on second thought, your ideas suck, so do it MY way!"
