help finding song

Ever since I first heard this song its been stuck in my head since I was a sophomore in high school, im 29 now..

All I remember is the chorus. It was this girls voice and I cant remember thee exact words but it was something along the lines of
"Ooo eee aaaa. Keep it swaaaa" she repeated it so many times in that song. Only thing I remember about the cd was that 1) it was a burned copy and 2) it said trance nation or trance mission on it. Hopefully my lame attempt to describe the lyrics can help find this song thats haunted my memory for years. Thanks in advance for the hel . Its greatly appreciated.
