Help Identifying track by description of music video. Please help!

This has been driving me crazy for days because the song is really chill and I really want to listen to it.

The music video starts out with this guy getting stabbed in the street and the entire music video is a side shot of him walking down the street. Instead of leaking blood he starts leaking this grey/white goo and at points of the music video the goo starts dancing to the beat. any help is much appreciated please!

Neither of those but thank you for looking. Its definately newer and the entire video is a side shot of him walking down the street it never leaves him. Appreciate the try though alot because this is driving me crazy
