We BBQ'ed lamb three of five nights for dinner this week because of an episode of Bobby Flay's cooking show, and veal on one night because my bf grabbed it instead of lamb by mistake the first night. Can't get enough those baby meats, man. Mmmmm mmmmm.

You know, I wasn't even considering it, but a friend of my dad's is a sort of spiritual "healer" of sorts and has been emphasizing how my "energy" is more aligned with Israel, and that I should be there. He may be right, as things just haven't been really working out since I came back. We'll see though, as I'll be staying put, given I'd already signed a contract for work next month and applied for a Master's degree.

What about kebab? Over here the kebab is atrocious, mainly because they use industrial bread which becomes extremely wet and disgusting when drowned with all the sauces they put in it. In Sweden they know what's up, using the harder kind. No idea what's it called, so I'm posting a picture:

"Free range" and "cage free" lol.

Look at something called the free range final guidance from the FDA in 2013.

Any chicken "free range" factory are required to keep them indoors if they have over 3000 chickens (which is any chicken producer you'll find in every supermarket).

It means they can do this and hide behind the "guidance" of the FDA. And seeing as it's now illegal to film in any slaughterhouse in the USA, you aint getting free range unless you personally know the farmer.

Oh and by the way, cage free means no cages. It doesn't mean organic, free range or good conditions.

So fucking gullible.
