He was on the Joe Rogan podcast this week. Then I watched this doc about him.

I'm pretty fucking skeptical about this. Not sure if serious or trolling

BTW, I tried the breathing trick and got super light headed, lol.

I guess diver's use it...the Mammalian Dive Reflex?
