SATURDAY JULY 21st. ATTACHED IS THE OFFICIAL PRESS

WENT OUT THIS EVENING FROM BERLIN. THE RELEASE IS IN
BOTH GERMAN AND
ENGLISH.

The Loveparade motto for 2001 is officially
announced!!!

JOIN THE LOVE REPUBLIC

For years we have peacefully gathered in the historic
setting of the
avenue "Stra�e des 17. Juni" with the goal of joining
people in
happiness and inspire them to act on this together in
an open and
tolerant world.

Millions of Loveparade participants do exactly this
every year on the
2nd Saturday in July in order to give life to this
spirit and and
show an example.

We also want this for the future!

We do not want the role of music and youth culture to
be continually
called to question!

We don't want to be banned from the city and we don't
want our DAY
changed!

We do not want to wave any banners, don't want
candle-carrying
marchers, no rallying cries nor any violence in order
to be
recognized as an assembled group!

We do not want to comply and through this put our
vision in question!

We have an idea of a better world and have an idea of
how it can be
done!

It cannot be that the "Berlin Republic" finds us to be
an annoyance
only because our form of expression is not understood
nor accepted.

For this reason we will demonstrate on July 21st for
the LOVE
REPUBLIC!

The LOVE REPUBLIC recognizes no borders, no
nationalities.

It stands for internationality and the positive youth
partnership for
the development of society in the united Europe and in
the world.
