Here are the lyrics I figured out on my own but I think I got a lot of the words wrong but I got them as close as I can understand them:

OK, so far my search has come up with 2 tunes that are Happyhardcore that ARE NOT THIS TUNE or the creators of this tune I am looking for but used samples from the Original tune I am looking for. the 2 happyhardcore tunes are by a Artists named Brisk

I've only ever heard the happy hardcore version before but this version is nice.... I will keep an eye out for it and post the name on here if I find it.

Ok I've searched quite a bit for this over the last few days but have not been able to find anything. I think the vocal says 'Summer town' rather than 'Summertime' but info on this track is extremely thin on the ground.....

I'm determined to identify it though as I always loved the happy hardcore version.

I totally forgot to update this thread. I ended up a few days later finding someone else who knew the tune somewhere else. The Lyrics are actually saying "SORROW TOWN"
