Some Chinese depanneur owner near where I used to live got in trouble with the cops for selling kids egg nog cartons that just had vodka or rum in them.

It was a clever scam (on the surface) but I think he got caught for selling it in seasons that weren't anywhere close to Christmas time.

The guy got fined or something but being that he's Chinese I don't think he gave a fuck about anything.
