Can you ID a trance song from 2004 to 2007?

I heard just a small clip of this song today in a dance video and recognized it right away but unfortunately I don't remember the dj or song name. I do remember it being from somewhere between 2004-2007. I am not sure if its enough of a clip to help but I would appreciate anyone willing to give it a listen and try to name the song because its driving me crazy!

My mind is blown! I thought I may never get a reply so a million thank you's!! Side note this song is way older then I thought, I was just a kid when this came out and I would have never guessed it was from 1998.
