I think 90% of the people who listened to trance before 2004 have moved on. EDM is barely the same music anymore, it got cleaned, polished and all producers wants to strive as far away as possible from the old sounds.
Thats why i love GOA, the only EDM genre that stays oldschool. ; )

Less TA is dying, more the ASOT podcast is dead amongst trance fans. I wonder if Armin can even stomach some of the stuff he plays, lol. I was at a festival this year and armin was playing, so i popped in the main stage for a little.

Was a mistake. The music was more bigroom trouse. And the fans were turds (no offense, they were probably mostly cool people id have a drink with, but they had shit taste in music).

I walked away, and some person actually stopped me, and said "what your not gonna stay and watch armin play, hes a legend in the game. He founded trance" ..... This just shows how clueless people are these days. Its like they have been brainwashed by ASOT.
