Would u be pissed off too?

I was just at a coffee shop with my friends, and when I got outside both of my back tires had no air in them. I was so pissed off, but lucky for me there was a gas station right next door so i was able to put air in the tires. Last year around this time my buddy let a little air out of my tire as a joke b/c we always used to do shit like that. But this time he was inside with me, and there's 2 ppl who i think might have did it (almost posative it's this one guy i've had beef with). So now i'm really pissed off and I feel like putting a baseball bat or some bullets through this guy's car. But I'm not posative it was him so I don't want to have even more shit done to me. What would u do? Would u go out on a violent rampage like i'm ready to do? FUCK!!!
