Where's the WMC party thread at?

News is starting to trickle in, where is my favorite thread of the year?!

I think in the past we have had an additional sub-forum for WMC events. I know Donnie is a busy dude these days. If I see him I'll bring it up

With wantickets and ra that have their own list there is really no need.

I don't know about that shit... Sure there are other resources, but I've found the thread in question and the commentary on it to be invaluable of the past 7 years.

Looking forward to partying alongside you folks again this year.

that is true but there is something to be said of the commentary as the guy pointed out. then again this entire forum is much slower than it has been in previous years, so i don't know if you'll ever see that kind of dicussion on this subforum ever again.

That, combined with the fact that most of us have doing many, many WMCs and pretty much have our parties zeroed in before they're even announced. I already know what I'm going to do, for the most part. Friday pool party + Get Lost + closing Space party. Not too much to talk about unfortunately. Basically the novelty of MMW/WMC has worn off on most of us.

I agree with the party info, but most of us on here as you said are veterans of Miami and usually either post the good parties as events or comment in the wmc vague thread about them...which there already is one of this year.

If it's cool with everyone I'm going to switch the name on the other thread and make it our WMC thread for this year since that one's already rolling nicely.

Just remember to keep it as WMC, not that stupid cum stain wanna be tagline Miami Music Week, shit is brought up that clown luis puig and should of been killed right away but a few followers on that band wagon continue to use it, die already...

If any parties were actually happening during WMC, I would put it.

Either way i always called it WMC week and the other wanan be week MMC (More Moron Circlejerk), its been like that since the beginning and some clown tried to make another week out of it but slowly died down so in the end,it will always WMC soooo I want trance, dirty whores with big ole titties, redbull, and thats the bottom line, oh btw Donnie I have been talking to that juan p and he said he is making a DJ out of himself and is doing a gig during WMC I will keep you up to date with that one

wmc is an actual event.... At a convention center where people in the industry can network ect. Wmc was never a party, or never meant to be a party. There was wmc "parties" that occurred when people were in town for the confrence. Miami music week has always been the parties. Some years these have been the same time, some they haven't like this year.

Well it seems MMW has all the parties and all the steam. WMC is the one that is dying. Especially this year those acronyms are very important to get correct, considering MMW is one week and WMC is the other. Good for Juan hopefully he gets his life straightened out.

Yeah..I'm getting my life straightened out, Damon pretty much said it.
