this tracklist is incorrect around the times you mention...
should be more like

Mainx - 88 to piano (pvd rework)
ID - some sort of mashup between a hard trance track that PvD played quite a bit during this era and some chords from For An Angel
ID - the track in question
Starchaser - Falling star (pvd dub) ... the track directly after the one in question

the track "14 Street - Children Trippin" doesn't appear during that time i believe.

i don't know the IDs of the two missing tracks, maybe there's a more accurate tracklist out there.

where did you find this track list?

I think it's fair to say that everyone is correct here. It gets confusing because of the break between what was aired by Tom that night on Nova 969.

The track is, as trancedanne suggests, Mat Silver vs. Tony Burt - Ultimate Wave (Paul Van Dyk Rework). As Tom goes to the break you can hear the beginning Walter & Gelder - Seven of Nine.

Some versions of For an Angel were used by Tom as a background for a couple of PvD intros during the wonderful "Rush" show on Nova 969 - hence that's how it's heard at the fade-in for part 2 (wasn't part of the set).
It's then overtaken, as the set continues, by the beginning of 14th Street - Children Trippin. So the four tunes in between weren't played during that airing.
