what does armin mean when he says he can have a bassline as a verse and a bassline as a chorus?

Best I can describe is using two (non conflicting) lower frequency tones.
One is the driving element, the other is the accompaniment. Which could ultimately mean its going with the driving bass or maybe even it's a higher frequency melody.
