It's Friday - Fiddy Fi

What say you?

I've had a rough week - my not even 3yr old Frenchton dog had some bad seizures on Tuesday (first time) and has been at the vet hospital for days. I go get him later today... no seizures since Wednesday and on a low dosage of Phenobarbital. Hopefully this stuff doesn't change his personality... google is a mixed bag of relief and horror stories.

My last dog had epilepsy, and he was quite large like 60 lbs, I would usually put my arms around his body so he didnt roll around and spazz too hard if I was home and he was having one. Sucks for them but its alright, hope you get it managed if you can. Gonna be eating soup all day, got some flu, which is fine because the weather is shit anyway. No definite plans, but it's my weekend off, so hopefully no unexpected IT-related drama. We're supposed to have fab weather, with a cold front moving through today. Nice breeze, low humidity, blue skies. What's not to like? Might even get cool enough Saturday night for a light frost!

Exhausted from the past two weeks due to work and visiting parents for Mother's Day and more work, so just taking it easy. Next week though, Jody Wisternoff and Grum. I wonder if I'll have enough energy for both nights.

Back to work this weekend soooo that's me tonight. Gonna get out for a walk around the lake pretty soon though, it's a damn beauty of a day out there!

Too bad about the dog. Btw what's up with guys owning lady dogs?

I have work tomorrow but Sunday off. I'm planting my veggie garden and laying down mulch.

Moving to the junction aka hipsterville. It used to be the hood but definitely got gentrified. I'll be closer to some old friends of mine so I'm kind of pumped moving there.

Then have dinner with the rents tomorrow night, off to a bar afterwards. Sunday I have soccer.

I've slept on the streets, on floors, on bunks and in tents for the last three months. I decided to splurge a little ($15/night) this weekend for a private villa. Went to the market and stocked up on pretty much every kind of meat, fruit, vegetable they sell around here, as well. I'll be living like a king for the next 72 hours. Will be tough to top this next weekend for my birthday. #thankful

As for me, I'm happy my wife came home for her holidays, yay! Just had all-you-can-eat pizza with a couple of friends and chatted the night away.

Had a soccer tournament on the weekend. Blew out the 3rd 2nd and 1st place team to win the finals. I scored 5 goals in 3 games and won mvp. Still got it.
