Need help identifying: Tracks from x3 Presents - Trance x3 [Disc 3]

Apparently, this release had the Disc 3 tracks mislabeled. I've sorted out the rest of the disc, but I can't figure out these tracks. Any and all help would be incredibly welcome and appreciated!

Amazing this disk set is not in discogs. You have DMV Recordings - DMV 163. It is really hard to find info on this recording since the search engine confuses DMV with the department of motor vehicles, and trance x3 brings up a fat tire mountain bike.

One more thing... can you please list the track list for disk 3 as you have them corrected.

Ok here is what I found. Your disk 3 is pretty much the same as this one with the correct track names. Not in the same order as your disk 3 however.

Yeah, I had a lot of trouble finding info about this album, and when I did, it was the wrong tracks anyway. I did try to do my due diligence before I came here and bugged you guys for help, haha.

Yeah, that one wasn't too bad, fortunately. This compilation is incredibly odd, as you've both found out haha.

At about 42 seconds you will hear the beat used in the break of track #6.

If you refer to Discogs under J.K. Walker link: https://www.discogs.com/artist/167471-J-K-Walker
you will see that he goes by several aliases two of them being "Apogee" and "MTW"

Based on those two facts I conclude that the title of track #6 is:
MTW vs. Apogee - Friend Or Foe

It appears to be a unreleased mix of Friend or Foe since no where is there any information on that track outside of your CD,
and also the CD titled "Secret Life Of Trance - Future Heroes: J.K. Walker" link:

Lots of detective work, following visual clues as well as carefully listening for subtle hints.

Incidentally if you notice on the CD song list Beneye - Space Contact. That is a incorrect tittle. Beneye never released that song, but using his other alias Axis we see that he produced the song Contact Space.
