hi
How do you guys create your basslines, beats, strings?...
I use the matrix and then I draw lines but with other songs i saw that they draw every note in a pianoroll?
is it wrong how i do it?

No that isn't the wrong way to do it.
it is simply an alternative to using the piano roll.
Different people prefer using different methods

there is no right and wrong in music....everything that works for you when you produce is right.....don't be a slave to what other people do....do what feels best for you
