What say you, COR wh00r3s? We're experiencing unseasonably warm temps here in the Southeastern US, so I have yard work to attend to. Other than that, nothing big on the weekend radar. I have Season 1 of The Expanse transcoded, so I might try to do some binge watching.
Went to a jungle/drum&bass revival party yesterday. I imagine in the Uk these kind of parties are commonplace but here it's a novelty. Was only there for a few hours but it was good fun. DJs were all locals that were playing the sound in the 90s, back when germany had a strong drum&bass/jungle scene, haha. It wasn't so much ragga-jungle-breaks-assault but kind of 94/95 early d&b style jazzy, smooth stuff. Crowd was surprisingly young and very up for it.
Not going to do much today, just woken up a bit earlier. Need to get some work done today so I can convert my 5000 words of random notes for my paper on Kant in some kind of sensible, coherent writing.
Working nights all weekend. Had some plumbing fixed a while back and finally just got the drywall all patched up. Need to prime and paint that wall, so that.
Just started my new awesome job this week, spending the weekend with the missus, Easter, 4 day weekend, 4 day work week next week... Yeah pretty safe to say this weekend is gonna be great.
For today, a nice, cozy night in with my girl. Maybe head to a board game cafe for some fun

Spent Good Friday with the wife on the farm playing Civilization V. I've just connected to the internet to browse TA a bit and I'll get back to conquering the world in a bit

I'm starting to really feel old. A few nights of clubbing in a row was a bit too much for me, and I'm absolutely exhausted now. Tonight has been an amusing evening of food, however: line-caught wild Alaskan salmon followed by wild boar sausages followed by Tesco frozen pizza. All accompanied by some delightful cocktails, of course. My partner is out of the country, so tomorrow will probably be spent going to my favourite cocktail bar for a few afternoon drinks and then returning home for a dinner of venison and burgundy.
It was really beautiful out yesterday. We went for a long walk/hike on some newly discovered trails. Love finding new places to explore!
