CUT tab in FL

CUT tab in Instrument Channel Settings in FL Studio - what does it actually do to the sound? Seems like it almost cuts it on the each portion of ADSR curve? And how do you achieve the similar effect in other VSTs, say Serum or Massive?

It's in the manual homeboi.

It works basically like choke groups on drum machines.

It's a function of the DAW, not the plugin.

Would appreciate if you could explain more in details. If you open Serum in FL there is no ADSR tab available in the channel settings.

Serum has it's own ADSR envelopes.

Choke/Cut has nothing to do with ADSR. It's more like a gate.

OK where in FL can I mess with choke/cut settings apart from CUT tab in the Channel Settings?
