Kyoto treatie/protocol/greenhouse gas emission

extremely vital for the environment of the future?... or not needed?
if not Kyoto treatie... do u think there should be a tight control of emissions of greenhouse gases world wide??

when someone makes sense of that i will listen... for now i know to little about the specifics... last i heard to properly uphold the treaty a lot of countries would be forced heavy economic face backs, i even heard that although the EU strongly favors the measure it too will not be able to stand to it:

i no George Bush plays a major role in the amount of shit that gets released into the atmosphere. I rembmer there being a lot of fuss made over his decision not to enforce some kind of pollution law in the States, whereas most of Europe follows these laws. In short, the mans a wanker and has no respect for the future generations. He's killing peoples futures before there even born.
