He just changed his style I guess

I've been a fan of Chris Cowie for more than 6 years (April 1996 precisely) and particularly his X Cabs alias. The new tracks aren't the best around but their decent in my opinion and indeed his style has changed and maybe not for the better but that's life I guess. Same with label mates Transa, they're new stuff is a long way from their previous stuff but is still pretty good.

did you hear chris cowie's essential mix this summer? it was mostly tech-house, a style of music he's been into for a couple years now. his new tracks reflect that. i think it was one of the best EMs of the year so far.

i think "bolero" is one of the best tracks i've heard in a long time. awesome.

I only got the two tracks yesterday and I'm still haven't made my mind up on them yet.

IMO, Neuro is one of the best trance tracks of all time, and he's remix work in the late 90's is outstanding. (I played a set a week ago which consisted mainly of X-Cabs/Transa tracks and remixes, and it still sounds fresh and energetic).

I first heard Neuro on a Dannly Rampling LGDP CD and thought F**kin' AWESOME! That didn't happen with these two tracks.
