Stampen means 'to kick'

Stampertje always kicks his feet on the ground in a rhytmic mood (see the movie)

exactly why I wanted to find out which rabbit I've been thinkin of......I remember as a kid that the rabbit would jump around and stomp etc.etc. and I saw it once in an avatar, can't help but think about how well it really goes. That rabbit is like peas and carrots with techno.
