Drunk

I'm trying to study to get my Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Digital Signal Processing & Telecommunication Software). However, I have mainly just been working the last couple of years as a "Software Development Engineer", "Systems Architect" etc. I design frameworks, implement them and manage smaller teams. Very stimulating and interesting work, I like it.

well i suppose i have 3 jobs
1. I am a self employed landscape architect, working on residential to rural lifestyle blocks (olives are big over here at the mo)also imjust gettin into using 3D Vis R3i to generate 3D detailed desisgns and vodeo walkthroughs of proposals.
2. I work part time for another Landscape architect on larger comercial/council projects from preparing evidence for resource consent, visual assesment reports. interesting just been over to the west coast (NZ) working on a job for Department of conservation, preparing a concept plan for an old gold mining town, linking visitors centre walkways active opencast mine bla bla bla bla bla bla....... there were some cool relics being dug up by the mining company we got to see and use in our design. old mining karts used to transport material through mine shafts in the late 1800s, still in good condition!
3. I work evnings at a freight company, good change of pace, get to thrash the tits off the forklifts , charge around like a maniac. good fun..
Well thats about it.. not much free time but i want to travel so saving the dosh.
ps. anybody else out there use 3D Vis or Max, if so what system specs are you running??????
i was using a pentium 600mhz 256megram 16megGraphics card, but towards the end it was starting to struggle moving around with all my objects displayed, and the 20second render was taking 15hrs (500 frames) to render up,with a little raytracing animation etc..
shit i have blabbed for to long im starting to go cross eyed... SE YA LA TA

Here goes again (Sorry Paul, lost the last thread!!!)
IT Counsultant, surf the net all day, (supposedly) looking for business solutions for companies, write proposals and co-ordinate installations. Then go out and advise their web strategies.
This site has reduced my productivity levels to ZERO!!!!
And I wanna be a student again!

Am looking for a move abroad, possibly back to the continent, or even to Oz or the US - anybody who can fix me up with a job, I'll be your best friend forever!!!!
Ireland is just too gaddam SMALL!!!!!

cyberia, if you ever played ball, or watched chinese people play ball, you'd realize that our race does not carry the talent gene. its just not part of our genetics, i think its to make up for our amazing math skills. so im decent among chinamen, just average w/ normal ppl... :P
