Big Brother
with the amount of controlling the governments are doing around the world now George Orwell was not too far wrong with his 1985 book. There is so much good and bad about watching us, to prevent crime etc. but stuff like this and proposals to chip ex-cons to track there movement is a bit too far in a way. also a helicopter fitted with the right gear hovering at 1000ft can accurately view the land upto 25 miles away !!! so what do u think ??? personally i find it all a bit scary but it has its ups seemingly more than its downs for now. sorry 4 the terrible english, im tired n just thought of this now.
I used to think it was creepy...
i would not want the government to be able to watch me in my house at ANY point. But on the street or in stores or anywhere besides in a private house i could careless...
Don't get me wrong it "IS" a violation of privacy, but when it really comes down to it, who really cares if your not doing anythng illegal.
Obviousley some people in the world can not be trusted, and with this technology "maybe" in some way crimes of cetain kinds can be avoided.
Like i said if you are not being violated in your home or where you expect privacy, such as a bathroom etc, then you really should not care.
