Cant wait to get this awesome tune, Hydra aka Thrillseekers - Affinity, very very cool tune, steady and chill. Anyone who loves trance should get this one.

Yep, fantastic tune indeed! Armins been spinning this one heaps lately, and why not, its great. I don't think its been released yet tho, and theres no full rip of it available of it on the hub yet either.
For those of you with Armins 7 hour set, its the 3 song he plays in part 1.

I think there is no a rip for this song yet but if you want to hear the song, download the armin van buuren set, I think its his fav song at the moment,he always play it lately.

Can someone tell me the name of that program used to mix mp3's? Not live mixing - like with VTT or something - but I'm pretty sure there's some program you can use to digitally mix mp3 files together.

Kinda like the program that Matt Darey would have used to mix his Euphoria compilation, but not quite so advanced/expensive. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

lol until I can afford cdjs I'm using pcdj to mix tapes/minidiscs..

I tell you, when you do a 3 min crossover between maximum overdrive and magic impuls perfectly beatmatched with no monitoring...it's.......umm.....feels.........good

The program you're talking about is MixMeister. I tried using it a while back but when i change the amount of time i wanted it to mix for it couldnt beat match properly. Its probably easier to just do it manually.
But if you do find out a way to effectively use MM then let me know, cos it would be cool to put all my fav tunes into mixes then put them on CD, even if i am cheating.

Mixmeister is good once you figure it out .. here's a few tips:
- make sure your mp3s are good quality vinyl rips (don't try to mix live set rips or radio rips)

- don't try and mix tracks that have a large difference in BPM (ie not more than about 5). it doesn't particularly like it.

- oh btw it doesn't say anywhere, but you actually have to right click the track and click on "Use beat matching" for it to do anything

It's like anything I guess, it takes practice to do well. Some tracks it just refuses to mix (the beats don't and won't line up) - don't sweat it just try a different track. Also varying the length of the mix can help..

hmmm....all of you have a very very good tunes selection for mix compilations....

btw...anyone who wants other people to listen to their mixes...gimme a shout i'll gladly have your CD's to put in my car..cos I travel a lot and need a good variety of music.

DJ Dowlz...the first time i've seen gouryella - walhalla on tsunami label. most people I know (including myself) has the copy made by code blue.
