I've been gone for too long..

Anyways, hope you're doing well guys. Thought I'd pop in and say fu.

Everyone's data plan exceeded this decade's quota. A surprise 2020 renewal will be the Punisher's big surprise.

Last night, I was thinking about this place and wondered if I remembered my password.

In 2008, I dropped out of college for a semester and moved to Colorado with my synths and turntables thinking I'd finally break in to the industry. I had no chair, so I sat on the floor with the turntable coffin serving as a desk. TA, MySpace EDM forums, and residentadvisor were where I lived. Any time I thought I'd finished something worth showing, I'd load these sites up and see how much further I needed to go.

A lot of mediocre tracks and mixes were made during that time, but I still keep at it 10+ years later. I write guitar-centric music now and don't mess with techno anymore, but I still think about this place a lot.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Now you put it like that, my life is so radically different. I was in Toronto, studying Audio engineering and broke. I've lived in two other countries since, been through about 4 separate careers since and now own two companies and somehow got all responsible and shit. Still managed not to have kids though so that's a plus.
