BT - Flaming June

Still one of the greatest trance tracks ever made (IMHO).

In this 20 min documentary which premiered on YouTube 1 hour ago, BT talks about the production of Flaming June; some of the history of electronic music; life etc etc.

A must watch for any trance lover!

Will there be a revival one day? There's gotta be. Right now we are in the 80s ... Synthwave comeback and all that ... let's wait till the Cyberpunk hype dies down, then it's the turn of this, don't you think...?

Well, I just learned from watching this that he has a new ambient album out, and another one forthcoming that will return to the glitchy orchestral ambient fusion of This Binary Universe. I couldn't give a toss about his "trance" records anymore, but his intermittent attempts to recapture the vibe of TBU are always worth listening to.

I always found Flaming June to be a bit fluffy, and so I prefer God speed, which is very similar to Flaming June, but different. Anyone here like Godspeed by BT?

Without meaning to take sides, I'm rather inclined to say Godspeed is among the fluffiest of trance records I can think of from that time.
