There is a track by a DJ called DJ Session One (alias of Dirk Adamiak) from a year later called "No Gravity" with the exact same bassline (pretty much) as the track we are looking for, so my suspicion is this track we're looking for is probably by the same artist. Take a look at his discography.

I've asked Blutonium Boy (DJ Session-One) and he's suggested it must be produced by a Spanish producer called Vicente One More Time. I have now messaged Vincent and will let you know what he replies.
