ID of an old track from Creamfields 2003

I came across this series of video today of Creamfields 2003 and there is a track playing at the end of part 1 and the beginning of part 2. I know recognize it, but I just can't seem to remember the name.

That tune does sound familiar. I would be interested in knowing what it is too. Who was on before Mauro Picotto as that might give is some idea.
