Holiday and new years 2002

ANyone got any ideas on what we can do for christmas or new years.. or even hanukkah...

like some sort of dinner thing together as the Tdot Ta'z? anyone would LIKE to doo somthing like that?

give your ideas opinions and thoughts about it.. if we should or shouldn't and who would like too or wouldnt'

i think this is a great idea ..

now obviously there are gonna be a rash of NYE parties all over TO at all the multiple clubs and lounges that night ..

surprisingly last year i actually didn't hit a NYE party at a club and instead wanted to try something different so i went out and checked out DAve and Buster's NYE party with a group of about 8 friends. The night was amazing as we ate, played games (which were included in the cover), and partied/drank all night .. had fun, and probably a better time that nite than i would have had at any club. now this is not to say that you can't have fun at a club for NYE.. but again it totally depends on who you're with. so yea there's my suggestion.. Dave and Busters for a TA NYE dinner party/meetup (for those of you who don't feel like hittin a club that night).

I second Dave & Busters...it would be something different. You can get to know people better. Clubs are always there no matter what day, NYE should be planned as a special event :P

I think it is a good idea... if there's something going on related to that matter, I'd really be interested in attending...

Hey i think getting together would be a great idea....how much did you end up spending on Dave and Busters for New Years...cause a lot of the hotel parties and stuff are pretty expensive at around time...so just wondering if the price is reasonable!!!

from what i can recall it was pretty good .. i think it was like 15-20 cover to get into the place .. what's included along with that was a $5 playcard and we walked out with cheapass Nokia CDMA prepay phones from Bell Mobility and 95.3 FM or something like that ..

anyhow yea all in all the nite was really good.. vibe was wicked, people were friendly, women were sweeet heh, and yea just good times overall ..

we drank, ate, partied, and schmoozed.. i'd definately recommend it as a club alternative for NYE especially for something like a TA meetup ..

i just hope it's as good as it was last year ..

now anything else like a different place .. East side marieos? Kelsies, Stake house, Out back, anything else?

Just a hang-out-party at someons house with a helpful clean up crew..

should we do it at the beginging of dec. or near the end.. ?

Just burst out the idea you would like to doo with a TA meet up.

i think it is.. b ut untill 10 it's all age.. somthing along thoes lines beacuse my freind after prom her brother took her there and she said somthing about that.. but ya...

Something has to be done about this, since not all T. TAs are 19+ or have proper IDs .

people people people.....theres gonna be a TA Christmas party....its a follow up on one of our previous things we had......its gonna be around christmas.....so dont worry..there will be one....everyone better show up with bells on..

for now..thats all i can say....but sure...we could also have another one after it.....news on this event will be announced in a week or two

yes .. D&B is 19+ .. and yea it's all ages till 10 .. but for NYE , it's a special event and usually they;ll start ID'ing by around 8pm .. and wouldn't make sense to leave the club before they ID if u plan on being there to celebrate NYE ..

so let's say D&B as the 19+ TA party alternative .. man with all the ppl talking about the 19+ problem ur startin to make me feel old !
