if you learn basic beatmaching on let's say traktor dj. would it help you after if you let's say touch for the first time some cdj's? would you get the hang of it fast?

well.. i was never able to get the hang of traktor.. but i learned on VTT and the jump to CD decks was super easy.

beat matching is beatmatching, it only matters the method you use to manipulate the songs.

vinyl is a little tougher though, it's harder to slide a piece of plastic than it is to push a button.

but once you've got it started, it's all just listening and adjusting.

Not really. It takes more time to learn on cd decks then traktor.

I hate CD decks.....IMO

I can't learn at all.....I just train wreck and when I train wreck I just let it play through.....hahaha
