Unknown Trance ID 2000 - Oakenfold Acetate

A track ID from the year 2000, nice trancer with a pretty similar chord progression as Seven Cities, slightly different at the last chord... Sometimes credited as the V-One Dub of that track, but Laurent/V-One denied this yesterday.

Who solves the mystery?

Tijs got it from Oakenfold as an acetate vinyl, so that's going to make it extra hard to find it like the China '99 Oakey one..
