creating cue files

Can anyone tell me wich program I can use to find the (exact)index positions for my cue files? I noticed that most programs give the position in minutes:seconds:miliseconds. But for a cue file I need them in minutes:seconds:frames. Anyone who knows such a program, or is there another solution?

It can be done, but you can't do it accurately using winamp or while the file is in .mp3

Make a copy of the file and convert it to a .wav using the LAME codec (search www.r3mix.net for a place to download it). Then load the file into Cooledit PRO or Soundforge or any audio program which shows the time in MM:SS:FF (Minute:Second:Frame) Now listen to the music using this program and pick the gaps - majority of music runs on the 4/4 structure so its piss easy and pause it when u think the next song comes in EXACTLY...take down the time (MM:SS:FF) and throw it in the cuesheet.
