After 20 years of disappointment trance is finally back

After 20 something years Beatport created the genre for me (Trance - Raw, Deep, Hypnotic).
I am yet to hear any other DJ really nail it yet, but Im sure there is some prodigy 20 something that gets it like this (90s trance style) and if that is you then please get in touch maybe we can work together.
Anyway here goes; 20 plus years of fiddling around with the sound that sits in between techno, progressive and trance - this is what you get. This reminds me of the time when Sasha and the biggest Djs in the world were playing the sound - just before the Dutch took over and changed it.
This is a sound that is ripe.
This is my sound.

You're late.

It's been a minute since I've been on here.
I couldn't remember my username or attached email address for a couple of years there
Well have a read, listen to some of the links. You're Australian which is arguably the epicentre of this sound, so there are literally dozens of DJs from your country you can go see. I've got a few of my own sets in this style linked in my sig, and I happen to think they're pretty good.
Also, a tip: Bandcamp is where it's at. Most of these tunes aren't on Beatport.
Ahaha I thought this was a worldwide thing.
After having a flick through that thread (will go through in more detail later) I realise it's not
I've only recently been going out a bit again and getting into it.
Xmas night the annual Techniour party was sold out so the missus and I went to a pretty random night at a pretty mainstream club in the middle of the city.
I tell you what it was pretty fkn amazing - packed, crowd of absolute legends, all walks and was pleasantly surprised by the respect everyone was showing each other - especially for a club in the middle of the city.
The music was nuts - straight out of the peak mid 90s and yeah it's reignited a flame Ive thought dead for a few years now.
Real reach for the lasers safe as fuck vibes.
So yeah I guess Melbourne is that good.
Oh no, it's everywhere. You can tell it's officially "cool" to like trance again because when I went to Berlin in the summer on a random weekend for my birthday, I had the pick of numerous nights playing good underground trance. In Berlin. It just seems Australia, and particularly Melbourne, has an especially large number of producers and DJs.
Okay first off it's Friday night here and I'm gunna go through that thread....
After I go through Bandcamp - thanks for that GodDamn there's some shit going on in there.
I've also spent most of this week's pay on rebuilding the studio.
I think I'm all in.
I'm too old for this shit. Hah
This is a bold claim. I better not be disappointed when I invest my precious listening hours into this mix...
