Deep House ID, possibly Belgian artist, 92/93?

Does anyone know this track which is possibly Deep House from 92/93? I apologise if this forum doesn't deal with this kind of music but I was banned from a group on Discogs specifically dedicated to iding this kind of stuff and have tried every Facebook group I can think of to no avail so am posting here in the hopes someone can id it. I have no other info about the track apart from that it sounds Belgian possibly, and that it was released in probably the first half of the 90s. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2fS4MWvv9Q Cartouche - Feel The Groove is mixed in at the end.
