Identified on another Facebook group. Rare. Never heard anywhere.

no, it was a tape recorded on radio galaxie, an electronic local radio based near the Belgian frontier (now online too at galaxieradio.fr). The dj was "Dave Swayze", he played only trance 3 hours every sunday during the nineties. I think this track has been released in 1993 or 1994 and it's a remix on a well known track made in Belgium.
