Getting started w/ Reason?

Ive just started to play around with reason, and needless to say its a bit overwhelming. Anyone have any basic tips on how to get going? I usually teach myself things pretty quick so I dont need any serious details, just some ground work to get the basics under my belt of how it works. Thanks a bunch

I started out with the demo of reason..and after a few hours I had created a pretty good track..
