Will Armin remix 5 million miles???

Armin has been promoting this song for 2,5 weeks now! And with H&H remix of Yet another day I think he will remix 5 million miles.

What are your thoughts about this?

Umm... I don't think there will be a dub! AvB usually makes remixes with the same vocals as the original mix of the track!

Nah, typically Armin releases a dub version of his remix a little later. He did this for Janeiro, Too Late To Turn, Time Is The Healer, Sky Falls Down, etc. So if he did remix it there might well be a dub mix as well.

Well, AvB makes a mix with fewer vocals... but vocals exist always in his mixes! It can be the chorus (am I spelling it correctly?) or something else.

And as you said, there might be a dub in the future

oh god yes, that would be heaven.

I hope he does it and I hope he does it soon, like, next ASOT soon!

Actually Aplz is right. Armin's made a ton of remixes this year, all which are mediocre. The only above average one was Time Is The Healer. So I hope he doesnt remix this one unless he thinks he can really make a difference for the track. Just my $$2

your nothing but a whore in my book.......wtf you talking about...if you dont like armin production then you aint a tranceaddict..

Posted by tranceman78 on Nov-18-2002 08:49:

The original is already a kickass track, an Armin remix could be awesome. I wouldn't mind seeing a Ferry Corsten remix either.

If it's going to be a rape like the Sky Falls Down remix then no thanks.

Otherwise it would be great.

Boring? if you like uplifting melodic trance sure maybe your opinion of Armin could be valid, but for someone who like house to say that Armin's remixes are boring is like a country music fan saying U2 is a shitty rock band.

Anyways AVB has proven time after time that he can turn a bad song into a good song and a good song to great, 5 Million miles will be no exception.

its true. his remixes r fuckin boring and lame this year. i got tired of that same gay ass dutch sound. if u know what i mean. and i still like melodic trance but that happens so rarely these days

AVB's style hasn't change much in the last few years, it's always been melodic uplifting trance, 2002 is no different, so if his stuff is so boring as you say it is then why do people like his stuff so much? and why is he getting more and more popular every year, probably #1 or 2 Dj/Producer along with PVD at the moment in trance.
I serous don't think anyone can make boring after boring productions and gain more popularity every year, you have your opinions and I have mine and what I do find boring is stuff like James Holden, Sasha, they should play that stuff at senior citiaen's home before bed time, but off course that shit is premium if you like progessive house.

TRANCE FOR ETERNITY!

yes his style has been the same before 2002 but he used to use different synths and shit that would sound dope. his remix of c'est la musique is the best remix hes done and blue fear is his best production ever. now he just recycles the same sound like dumonde in his tunes. its gets so repetitve and it shows he lost creativity and is damn lazy. as for u dont liking sasha, james holden and the whole crew, u will eventually, cuz ur ear will develop a liking for a far more sophisticated sound. and u will start jammin to different genres.
