Help with dirrect connect hub...

I know the directions say to address questions about the hub on the EMC website but for one I can't logon even though it says my name has been recognized, and it has been some time since I registered. Additionally, I am having trouble downloading neo-modus because the site never loads. Does anyone else have this problem or have any advice to remidy this problem? Thanks for your help

Got to the Chill Out forum and look at the top of the page for the appropriate hub thread.Then post it there.
