i think you could make a better sample by recording it with less volume. then pack it with mpeg suite, which you can get from this site. Maybe it would be best to use only the last 30 sec of the clip and make it better quality. I've posted clips with up to 96Kbit here.
maybe then someone can id it. I like what i heard so far...
