omg, jacko the wacko has done it again.

i saw the news footage when he actually has the baby wrapped around ONE arm and hanging over the balcony with a towel on his head.

and he apologized later to the press saying he got "caught up in the moment" with the crowd down below. lik wtf, child endangerment is a no no. stupid jacko.
