Dance music myths

How many of you lot have heard something that was utter shite about our scene. Here's some crap I've heard over the years.

Trance has had its day
Tiesto died in a car crash
PVD was gay
Gatecrasher was closing totally

There were some mythical remixes as well but I can't remember any off hand.

yes heres one:

me: "have you been to a rave?"
girl: "yeah the bands are great"

also "tiesto plays hardcore"......uh no, he used to though

That band trance? lol

I overheard some guy in a bar trying to impress this girl who liked trance, he was like "Yah, I like Paul Van Oakenfield a lot." God...

I've heard a bunch of remix myths too, mostly Rank 1 remixes.
