I don't know how old this tune is, but I got this vinyl a while ago(2 months?) and I just realized how tight of a tune it was. Just thought I'd share the wealth.

Great tune indeed! I think it was first released in '99. It appeared on ISOS I and that's from '99.

I think it's 2 or 3 years old.. But it's quality! I miss Ferry's deeper style at that time.. remember Albion - Air too.

Yeah the Pronti & Kalmani rmx is swell, but Corsten's is what its all about. Remixes released upon Platipus and Captivating in 2000.

Libra Presents Taylor - Anomaly (Calling Your Name) was actually originally released in October 1996 on Platipus with mixes by Evolution and Forth. The Ferry Corsten mix was done in 1999 originally as an Albion Remix but didn't get release till early 2000 when Platipus had got a full remix package for the track. Upon the release they changed it to "Ferry Corsten Remix" instead of "Albion", probably because of the success Corsten was enjoying at that period.

Anyway the Ferry Corsten Remix is very good althugh I actually prefer Moogwai's remix and the Noel Sanger Remix.

lol the base melody for that tune was what that poor guy was dancing too in that horrible scene in American pie. The corsten remix is very nice, I agree.

'Libra' is BT eh? me think so. but since he 'presents' Taylor i dont think he's connected witht the production at all.

Platipus have made serious $$ out of this tune. It's on practically all of their excellent compilations.

And 'Moogwai' is Chab, for those who didnt know.
